Something about the perk with this company is, they really care about your personal well being. This adds a high preventive method for employees attendance due to sickness and health. The benefits are very much in favor of the employee. Everything in this benefits package is top tier.
I am happy with the benefits package
This started out great, but kept pairing back each year. I'm guessing that they started having tiered packages to offer better packages to upper management.
Excellent health benefits pricing, 401k matching
For a small company, their benefits are very good - they pay 80% of health insurance premiums on a high deductible plan, provide paid holidays and PTO. They also have a 401k matching plan that is 50 cents on the dollar up to 4% They do offer PTO, but it is accrued annually so you don't accrue most of it until the end of the year and you can only carry over 40 hours total. They do let you "borrow" against your PTO throughout the year but again, only 40 hours and if you were to leave the company before you accrued it, they would deduct those hours from your final paycheck.
No benefits. They have to offer healthcare but it is not affordable to anyone. No holiday pay for the first year either.

Stingy benefits. PTO a measly 80 hours but it takes forever to accrue at 6 hours a month and 6 x 12 only equals 72 so you will never accrue it. Not sure why they think I would not notice. I know it's standard in the US but there is no excuse for it. The healthcare Plan is decent for in network. However some their Plan is BCBS of Texas and I am in a different state good luck finding in network.
