Flex-time, time-off for tenure, stock purchase match.
This review is for Netspend: Very rigid, no work from home options or flex schedule. Everyone starts at 14 days of PTO and four floating holidays and this includes any sick time off you need. No bank holidays, if you want to take off Christmas Eve or the day after Thanksgiving or any other holiday other than Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving or Christmas day you'll need to use PTO. Also no paid maternity leave so if you have a child you'll need to figure that out with those 19 days, too and you won't get paid for leave.
Offers three levels of plans from low deductible to high. Average vacation, would be nice if additional vacation was accrued at an earlier tenure. Offers medical, dental, 401/k, vacation/sick days.
You only get 2 weeks of vacation. You get 2 weeks of PDO that they monitor very heavily for usage that can only be used if your sick or other related emergencies.
great insurance and 401k matching
Best retirements benefits , excellent ESPP.
Very good benefits package. I would say that it was about the only thing that was above average throughout my two years with TSYS.
Decent benefits Health Insurance was fairly expensive
TSYS offers a variety of personal time to include upto 5 weeks of vacation, personal days, floating days, and family hours. Makes a nice life balance
Health insurance is ok. Blue Cross Blue Shield nickles and dimes you to death on extra fees. I guess it is good for catastrophic... I like Kaiser better.
