Very good benefits package. I would say that it was about the only thing that was above average throughout my two years with TSYS.
Decent benefits Health Insurance was fairly expensive
TSYS offers a variety of personal time to include upto 5 weeks of vacation, personal days, floating days, and family hours. Makes a nice life balance
Vacation pdo floating holiday and family hours
Health insurance is ok. Blue Cross Blue Shield nickles and dimes you to death on extra fees. I guess it is good for catastrophic... I like Kaiser better.
TSYS has an outstanding healthcare benefits package, with good vendors and plenty of options for coverage, and they work each year to insure that level of service continues or improves.
Benefits used to be much nicer. Over the years they reduced things such as 401k contribution, stock purchase assistance, and profit sharing. Last year they cancelled our free thanksgiving meal they provided every year. Also, upper management removed work from home/flexible work arrangement benefits for all IT workers with no warning or reasoning.
Benefits are very good and competitive.
Benefits are through Anthem BlueCross BlueShield. The deductibles are a little high, but overall, decent coverage.
