The amount of benefits were not affordable
Vacation and Wellness earnings are great, the cost of the benefits is a bit high and would be nice if the Health and Wellness incentive was easier to get
You don't work there long enough to use or have them and they just use the benefits as a tool to get you too commit to the job but in fact if you can't use them what good are they!
They offer very good packages for health, dental and vision insurance. As well as 401K and a bunch of wellness benefits and discounted products for the area and travel.
The worst thing is the automatic enrollment in the 401k. You have to dis-enroll in the first 30 days if you don't want it, but no one tells you until it's too late.
PTO accrues after 31 days, there are no sick days

It is not offered to part time employees and it is hard to obtain full time employment with TeleTech unless you are in management.
