So there are company perks like 401k, health Insurance, Vacation, And time off when needed. I wish there was a lot more affordable family packages available through the company. I love the fact that we have like discounts through certain companies fitbit, teenmobile, Merryl Lynch, Credit Union.
The best thing is that they do offer medical, dental, vision, 401k, and a wellness package.
The benefits were amazing especially the dental and vision. Health care can get expensive, but there are multiple options to choose from.

Solid healthcare, different choices depending on the coverage an employee needs. Dental and Vision are cheap.
I worked for teletech part. As a part employee we got some benefits but not as many as full time employees. The best benefit the company has for part time workers is a free flu vaccine every year.
I like paid time off and wellness days we get and that TTEC contributes to our 401k. I've found the health plan really helpful too, especially the HSA. The bereavement days are particularly nice when needed. I only wish people who worked four 10-hour shifts were compensated the full amount for Wellness, Bereavement, and Holiday Pay.
The best thing about the Benefits package is your health insurance is through Anthem Blue Cross/Blue Shield, so it’s a decent plan.
You don't work there long enough to use or have them and they just use the benefits as a tool to get you too commit to the job but in fact if you can't use them what good are they!
