Benefits are listed online, I had no access to even sign up and after asking for sign up information and not receiving any answers I gave up and missed signing up
Excellent benefits easy to get referrals however getting time off is not so easy to go and see a doctor. Plus the bereavement policy is a nightmare to get approved you they will hassle you to no end...
The pay is so poor you cannot afford the good insurance and the minimal insurance has such high deductibles you could never use it
Benefits are good, but can be kind of pricey especially if you have a family. You earn a good amount of PTO each pay period.
401k contribution match after 6 months up to 20% of pay. Wellness Time after 6 months. No direct line of contact to ask about benefits, sign up, etc. Kind of have to wing it. The KB and support site are not responsive.
I love that the company offered 401k and Paid time off. They said they offered bonuses but it would say you were one of our top earners but didn't make the bonus. It didn't make sense
They match the 401k. That's really the only perk. They had a semi decent prescription plan that was changed and now people can't afford their medications
They hire remote individuals as temporary individuals. It's highly unlikely that anyone hired on as temporary will ever see anything that is promised to them, especially the benefits package. It has been a year for me, and there has never been any talk of permanent status with the company.
they say you have health/dental/vision and a 401k what they mean is they outsource it to other companies and you pay top price for low quality coverages
