“Good options before acquisition, unsure about afterwards. No PPO monthly premiums for single/unmarried and low premiums for families, and a fairly low (less than 2K) deductible for HDHP+HSA plans.”
“Can contribute as much as you want to 401k”
“Relatively standard max caps and accrual rates, based on tenure with 3 tiers. No unlimited options. ”
Heath insurance providers were about to change change, but otherwise this benefits package was competitive. Downside for 401K match is that a full match was unattainable for salaries under 90K/year (percentage based). My experiences were before they were acquired.
The tuition reimbursement for up to 5k a year is wonderful.
ESPP and 401K, fitness reimbursement, amazing maternity/paternity leave benefits
Good healthcare, commuter benefits, 401K
Fantastic benefits, medical, dental, PTO
Great benefit options available.
Good health insurance, free snacks
Tableau had the best healthcare package I've seen in Software. This has changed a bit in the move to Salesforce: more out of pocket healthcare expenses and less choice. The package is still good, but not as good as it was previously.
Really great health & 401K. Flexible time off is really nice.
4yr cliff after the initial sign-on bonus is huge. Stock refreshes are minimal especially after Salesforce acquisition.
