Employee stock purchase program is awesome. The benefits are very good I'd say on par with other tech companies. Some benefits are better here and others worse.
No fitness subsidy but all other benefits are really good.

At the outset, the salary may seem a bit on the lower end of the spectrum, but the benefits outweigh everything else. The health care plan is extremely employee friendly, with the ability to add your family for a nominal fee per month. The vision and dental care are also exceptionally good, allowing for luxurious dental treatment as well as good eye wear. The stock plan is awesome, along with getting RSUs every year. All in all enough supplemental income to sustain living costs.
There lot of benefits here but the health care plan is probably the best part. No employee contribution and the out of pocket max for any year is only $200.
Best thing is the medical insurance benefits. No pay for a single user, with amazing deductible and copay prices.
Not competitive wages. New teammates come in earning more and earning more stock. Early teammates are being carrot stick.

The benefits are really good,as they are right in line with Industry standard. I was able to take advantage of it, as my copay is low and the deductible is reasonable. Overall, I'm satisified.
