Best thing is the culture and RSU's. Worst thing is the 401K matching.
Stocked fridge, medical, work from home (depending on manager/team)
Tableau has an employee bill of rights which includes things like food to keep you going, but also items like a right to have everything set up for you (computer, accounts, etc.) on day one. Mine was actually set up a week before I arrived, so there was none of the usual waiting before being productive.
Healthcare insurance is the best I have ever had for myself and family.
Really strong health care benefits with 12 weeks paid maternity/paternity leave. Paid vacation leave could be more generous relative to other tech companies.
0 out of pocket health insurance!
Health insurance is amazing compared to most companies. 401k Match is lower than other employers in the same industry.
Healthcare is 100% covered and 401 matching is great
Overall, very good benefits, medical and 401K, plus bonus and RSU.
Free meals during end of quarter (but you'll work 10+ hour days with no breaks) employer paid medical, dental, vision, free snack kitchens, stock (although it's not worth much now and most bonuses are paid that way, so most saw those numbers plummet) free downtown parking (traffic always included), employee team development outings ( my boss brought her friend to one and they sat on their phones the whole time) 401 k with match, paid vacation
