“Nice plan and includes matching.”
“20 combined Vacation and sick days, which is above average.”
“Employee pays part of the Premiums. The plan is PPO with High Deductibles. Comes with HSA to which Employer contributes, but contribution is less than Deductibles. On top of that Insurance covers only 80% even after Deductibles are met. You end up paying Premiums, high Deductibles, and still 20% out-of-pocket expenses. ”
Tacit pays the premiums AND contributes to your HSA so you really get cost-free healthcare here. Vision, dental, medical...it's all included.
Competitive PTO, flexible work hours and locations, healthcare coverage is pricey but it's America so that goes without saying. 401K matching is great, HSA contributions from corporate help to cover copays which is good and there's a bonus plan.
Paid Time Off and Sick Days come from the same pool of 20 days, which is above average. 401 K with up to 4% match. Health Plan is below average, High Deductibles combined with HSA, with employer contributing there, but not enough to cover the Deductibles. Employee still pays some portion of the premiums.
Health/dental have no premiums. HSA. 4 weeks of paid vacation a year starting out. Matching 401k. Flexible schedules and remote options where needed. Kitchen is well stocked. Lunch is provided at least once a week.
All the basics are covered and a couple of extra benefits like a company BBQ, ad hoc social events, and catered lunches. However I would prefer that there were separate vacation and sick time off buckets.
The company pays the full premiums for health, vision, and dental coverage, as well as life insurance at 3X salary.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
