Working at Taco Bell doesn’t mean just another job in the fast food industry. We love our hot, fast food and don’t deny it, you do too! At Taco Bell, we Live Mas. We exist to feed people’s lives with Mas. It’s why we are in business. It’s how we make a difference in the world and help people get a little more out of life. Mas means doing more and giving more with passion, creativity and a twist. That’s the spirit that drove our founder, Glen Bell, when he started Taco Bell and that spirit lives in the heart of our organization today.
I am with a franchise my benefits are a 40/60 split I pay 40% which for great Kaizer benefits is about $165 a paycheck and that also includes dental and vision
First off, I love the fact that our franchise offers bonuses for surveys and speed up to 4 times a year. However franchising all of Taco Bell’s corporate stores was one of the worst things they could have done. Nothing ever seems to follow core standards. 401k is available but they don’t match it. My vacation time got very screwed up when a new company bought us out so I basically lost an entire weeks vacation,...but at least they offer paid vacations. There is NO PAID HOLIDAYS!!! One of my biggest grievances of working here is having to work Christmas Eve for a company that doesn’t pay holiday pay for any holiday. First company I’ve ever worked for that doesn’t offer that. I love this company and what I do and the people I work with everyday, but there are a list of things that I could go on about when it comes to the ins and outs of this workplace.
It is the worst for contractors- only a little better than govern help
The best perk would be the flexibility with your schedule. The benefits aren’t great. I don’t think 50% off of your food is a good deal. Especially when the company would rather throw food away than give it to their hard working employees who are poorly compensated.
I can't afford the cost
There was no benefits, everything is a mess at the place I worked at. It was a bunch of teenagers that was running the place.
As a Team Member you really do not receive any benefits from working here. It is really not a job where that is necessary
It was a nice job as my first job at 16. Pretty easy but it sucked you could never get over time.
I would never accept again it’s like hs
The worst thing about the benefits package at taco bell is that there isnt none
