    There is no benefits package. You are your own contractor so you generate your own business, then they get to skim off of the top for "providing" you the platform for advertising your availability.

    There are none for teachers. Not even bonuses. I had to pay for my own background check. Any reputable company would have paid for the background check themselves.

    Easy to set up a profile from Taklessons. As a contractor you will have no benefits, TLs initially charged 40% of your hourly pay and will break down until the 20th lesson to meet your expectation for getting 90% payment.
