Best is flexible work hours and work from home as needed. Worst would be the paternity leave at 2 weeks, but this recently changed to 6 weeks
There are many great benefits, and the company lays them out well during orientation. It is easy to forget some of the fringe benefits however, so make sure that you keep a reference handy!
