UNLIMITED VACATION is the BEST!!! Very good and inexpensive food from the in-house chef is a close second! The ability to work from home at any time is really nice too. Good 401(k) match now too! Health insurance, dental and vision are mediocre, but I guess that's what you get working at a smaller employer, so it's a trade-off I'm willing to make.
Pay is below average, benefits have a lot of room for improvement. Don't plan on using any of the company benefits.
Insurance was really expensive, the pay was usually below the rates of other companies (they want 70k+ skills, but are only willing to pay 50k), but the lunches were good.
Great vacation package and 401k with matching; when most stopped matching Talent Plus increased this benefit.
Health insurance is very high/limited because they are such a small company.
Best: unlimited vacation policy, although finding the time to use it is another story, since client activity is constant throughout the year. Health Insurance is fine, BCBS seems to offer enough options. Worst: no real complaints about the benefits, although I realize that larger companies do cover more of the cost.
The best aspect of the benefits is the unlimited vacation. The worst is the health insurance isn't particularly reasonable and they do not help reimburse the employees deductibles.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
