Best things are great medical benefits and employee stock purchase plan that allows you to buy stock at lower than market. Worst thing is no 401k marching.
They offer really low rates and copay's for major medical, dental, vision, life insurance, for yourself and the whole family. There is also a 401k match, stock purchase program, generous PTO, and other small perks. All together, a very strong comp plan!
Medical coverage very good, retirement package lower than average
Terrible benefits, pay is okay.
Time off, health benefits, vision, dental, and work/life balance all make the benefits package great!
401k (no match), 3 weeks vacation 1st year of hire, medical, dental, vision, stock option.
Good PTO accrual (but no dedicated sick days). Solid Health Insurance plan.
Cadillac health coverage; HMO is $30/check (bi-weekly) for entire family, employee is free. Best benefits package I've seen. ESPP. Lots of PTO (~20 Days/Year). Only discounted 1 star due to lack of 401(k), which some may prefer over the ESPP. Occasional work from home allowed. Overall, very flexible.
Best is the amount of vacation off the bat. Everything else is just regular.
Tandem pretty much covers a bulk of your health insurance, which is nice. I haven't seen that package anywhere else. There is also an opportunity to participate in the Employee Stock Program, which could be a good option for most. Only downside is that they don't match with your 401(k).
