Benefits are good but not great. 401K match is small and administration was moved from Fidelity to second tier company. Minimal holidays observed.

Best- flexible hours, work from home option Worst- 1% marching AFTER 3 years...really substandard for a company of this size, accrual method of vacation days, expensive healthcare unless you do HSA. Benefits are pretty poor in general but Tangoe is owned by a private equity firm so don’t expect investment in employees
