    One of the best benefits target has! 100% paid time off for parental leave, 2 weeks for dads and more for mother’s!

    You get 2 months off and if your not back in time witbout notice then they will fire you.

    I've seen co-worker use this and they allow up four weeks Paternity, but I am not sure about Maternity
