    I've seen co-worker use this and they allow up four weeks Paternity, but I am not sure about Maternity

    Both are offered, and often used because no one would deny maternity/paternity leave during times that you normally would be denied time off

    No paternity leave, but able to use vacation time for it. Standard 6 or 8 week maternity paid leave time.
