As far as I am aware, TCS is one of the best organization in providing benefits as far as possible.
TCS provides lot of benefits to its employee like 401(K), paid leaves, Leaves without pay in case you go for higher studies and lot more exciting perks.

Company provides good benefits like transfer charges, lease break, medical insurance, paid leaves.
Benefits are based on New Jersey where home office in US is located. Local talent have Aetna, ex-patriots have Cigna. It took over a year to have access to health care providers at our location in Boise, ID. Currently, this has been resolved.
Health insurance is good. Time off and vacation policy is ok. No 401k match.

Company perks is pretty less at onsite compared to other vendors in United States. Best thing is you get ample projects even if your current project is completed.
