We can take casual leave 1 day for every month and 1 for sick leave. They offer maternity leave for 3 months

Good thing is vacation is flexible and you will get 3-5 weeks per year based on the comfort level with manager. Officially you will get 4 weeks per year.

Start off with 10 vacation days, and it goes up by 5 every few years. they can be saved and transfered to the next year.
Inline with years of service 15 days above 5 years service and 9 sick leaves 10 holidays
