good benefits can't really complain
401k benefit is good, vacation allotment is terrible. Try to negotiate as much vaca as possible. They don’t you use it all either.
Company has been improving the benefits offering but it's a very slow adopter of new and progressive things. Medical is expensive if compared to other companies. Vacation and time-off could be better distributed according to tenure.
Three weeks vacation, good retirement plan, adequate health insurance. Management always allows to take time to take care of emergencies at home or if you are sick.
