Medical was the best. Holiday pay was great also the week between Christmas and New Years was paid time off. If you worked that week you floated those days for the new year
Great Health Insurance, 401K, Paid time off
The benifits offered are pretty standard for a large corporate company. As a single person without children they are affordable. The vacation time is typical however they try to allow for most employees to also have the week between Christmas and New Years off which is wonderful.
Nothing the benefits package is affordable and competitive
Best- 401k match was already good and just increased. Holiday time between Christmas and New Year. Great maternity. Employee discounts w GE, ATT phone, etc. AWESOME bonus plan and very fair merit increases. I also have to add that I’ve had the misfortune of needing to take bereavement leave for two weeks, and I had the most supportive boss, HR and team ever. That’s not something you can quantify as a benefit, but trust me- the family culture here is invaluable.
The best is very competitive in offerings and cost to other employers. Company is constantly engaged in current benefits trends
The health insurance is solid, and 401k matching is always a huge plus to me. Downside is not being able to use unused sick time as vacation time.
great health benefits and vacation
401K with 3% matching, life insurance, STD, Health insurance with 3 levels, 2 floating holidays, 5 sick days and 2 weeks vacation and BONUS of one extra week at the end of the year off
Worst: Very generic benefits with nothing special or exciting. Best: Typical medical, dental, vision, vacation and 401k with small employer match are available.
