Working for Taylor Morrison has many great benefits, the first unusual one--they do their best to have work wrapped up, as much as possible, so the team members can have off from Christmas Eve late afternoon until New Year's Day as paid holiday time. Standard two weeks vacation (not including the "Winter Break" above), five days sick, two floating holidays. Medical/Dental standard types, Vision Optional, Other insurances optional to purchase. PAID by the company automatically -- in addition to the above-- 2x life insurance, I think it is 60% Short-Term Disability, and about the same Long-Term Disability. Once you reach five years--those increase in percentage paid out. 401(k) plan with some matching, a bonus program --dependent on reaching goals (and we killed it in 2020), and they were quick to adopt work from home for any area that they could accommodate.
Amazing benefits. Way better than all other builders around. Trust me, I’ve checked.
