Empire insurance with a lot of options and benefits.
The Health Insurance was great!
The insurance coverage was a comprehensive plan. It covered dental as well. I never had to pay hefty charges towards medical bills
Pretty good heath coverage, but has gone down in recent years
Flexible and affordable with vision, dental, health and mental health benefits and a variety of doctors to go to.
The best thing is the ability to cover your partner and dependent children for minimal additional employee cost, especially when compared to market levels, with reasonable copays, deductibles, and annual out-of-pocket max.
It is good from company to share everythings with the employee.
Great health care options and low cost.
Health insurance was given through the state. My health plan was through North Carolina Blue Cross Blue Shield. The copays were relatively affordable at about $30 a visit to a primary care, about $70 out of pocket to urgent care. I guess the worst part was trying to be sold a bunch of annoying, expensive EXTRA plans AT work.
3 different coverage level options - deductibles increased last year, which was frustrating.
