    In addition to all regular school holidays and approx three weeks of PTO, the office closes between Christmas and New Years. After three years of service, employees earn an additional week of PTO annually. In addition, sick days are generous and there if you need them.

    Time off is very generous. 17 days accrued PTO plus holidays and extra week for Winter Break when the whole org closes (so ends up being more than 4 weeks of vacation). After 3 yrs you get 22 days accrued, plus holidays and winter break and it rolls over up to a cap.
