Health care is not great at all and you out the butt for it. I just cant afford to except the insurance and even if I could it still is not worth it.
Needs PTO, which I believe they started in 2019
No PTO for one year!!! Health insurance after 60 days + 1st of month after that, but RX coverage is the worst I've seen. Just 2 of my medications were included : pharmacist had to request monthly variances for the others from the insurer, which never arrived in time to purchase the drug under plan cost. Supplies were doled oyt for just 2 to 3 weeks at a time (in case employee quits and God forbid, the company must cover an extra week?) Truly Stone Age benefits plan takes you back to the 1930s
The engineering division has the same benefits as the construction side. medical, dental, vision after 60 days, 401k and 1 week of vacation after a year. No sick time. YOu don't work, you don't get paid.
Everything offered is appealing. Profit sharing is great..

There is only one health plan. The Premium is based on the hours you work, i.e. you are the only benefactor on the policy it's $1.03 per hour worked up to 45hrs.
No vacation time or holiday pay at all until after a year employment. Health benefits structured so that it is way too expensive for anyone to afford. Seems they try and force you to opt out of benefits. high copay, super high deductable, and really high monthly cost, plus after all that it only covers 80%
