Maternity/Paternity is 5 days. Team One does offer short term disability @ 50%. California picks up the other 50%. Pending your delivery, you're looking at 6-8 weeks paid disability + another week. At that point, you are able to use your vacation time. Don't get it twisted, Team One only pays out 5 days for actual bonding.

I haven't had to use maternity leave yet but I've known many friends and other coworkers who have and they said it's amazing. Also, Team One really works with its mothers ro make the adjustment for coming back comfortable.
