Comprehensive benefits program, participation in a wellness program through our insurance. Pretty great medical benefits for a small company, and HR is always working to add additional coverage types based on employee feedback.

Company keeps making improvements to our benefits and are very transparent about the changes they are trying to make. It's a small company, so you won't see benefits like some of the giant tech companies, but salary + culture make it worth it.
Impressed with the range of benefits offered for company this size. Further, the company educates us about benefits costs and options as they compare to benchmarks for companies our size and in our industry. The company meets or beats those standards.

Being a woman in tech, I only recently started advocating for myself at work about advancement opportunities. Because of this I wanted to ask this question to my male counterparts. When you have 1:1's with your direct reports and talk about career growth / aspirations what is your managers’ response typically? I’d like to gauge how my experience (negative) differs from others. For instance are you met with blockades, enthusiasm, dread, etc?
For a smaller company, the benefits package is robust.

Thank you for taking time to review our benefits. We strive to bring about improvements to our benefits plans that will be impactful to our employees and actually do match on 401K, a total of 3.5% when you contribute 6% of your earnings. This was increased in 2020; in 2019 the match was 3%.
