There are multiple packages to choose from, but are expensive.
COLA is limited, scheduling can be tough.
The employee contribution is high on the medical insurance, but PTO is good. You can roll your PTO into long term sick.
Pro: Flex time, PTO allowance is fair. Health benefits good Cons: bonus are there but extremely hard to earn. Salary is low compared to other places and if you lwork remote, the area you live is not considered, it is based on the Home office rate.
Overtime because lots of double working. Average health benefits. Dental insurance dos not cover orthodontist but only for dependent child. Matched 401K after one year.
They offer really good benefits packages. Vision package is awesome and has various options for medical.
Generous PTO but little opportunity to use because of workload.
For a healthcare company - their medical benefits were terribly expensive! When I first started, they matched my 401K contribution. But by the time I left (3 months later), it changed to the ridiculous Safe Harbor with no match. Again, I feel like it's the "nut and shell game" with this company.
The number of benefit options available to choose from. They were not packaged and allowed for picking and choosing to personally fit my needs
Great benefits offered, I do not take health insurance but understand employees are offered a very good plan.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
