Offer medical, dental, vision, 401k, personal trainers onsite with gyms. However, insurance plans are extremely high so its makes it hard for employees to provide insurance and childcare.

There is unfortunately no true benefit package other than a 401k. They expect you to pay for all your professional fees. There is no PTO package, other than 40 hours of sick call that are mandated by the state of Arizona.
