Not a full company match for the 401k plan
My deductible is 6,000. On the hourly wage I'm making I'll never even get close to that. Nextsource, the company they force temps through does the absolute bare minimum they can do to assist TIG employees. The two make a very disgusting pair. Prepare to pay out of pocket for a great many things.
Health insurance options are very expensive and do not cover many items. no orthodontics are covered even on the higher premium plans
They pay half of your health insurance on your first two years while you pay all of dental and vision. They also offer 401K and college savings. The benefits are ok IF and ONLY IF you are earning enough, otherwise you'll end up not having money for yourself at the end of the pay period.
The company perks working at TIG are non-comparable. The health insurance and 401K are impeccable! On top of that the vacation/time-off is like no other company I have worked for.
Great medical benefits that has tiers for the more years worked they pay a percentage of employee and family rate. The sick time and vacation time is lumped into the same bucket which is hard. Annual Raises and base salary are a little low but not terrible. TIG is a private company so it makes sense compared to larger technology companies in San Diego. Free tickets to San Diego events like Charger games, padres, and concerts for employees makes it a fun perk.
