You could go shop on-line and get a better package - 3 tier package pick from - only one of 3 - was the best, but of Course highest cost ( you had both up front 500 bucks primary dr PRE costs you had to meet before they started paying ) So, to get moneys worth - you had to go a lot till kicked in paying - not ideal at all but if you needed good coverage it was this way or pay a lot for little was other two options. e insurance / allstate or options of United Health Care - had better packages. It is out of state insurance adding to mess of what's covered ( not like WA underwriting health providers ). 401K and Life Insurance - all to high for low impact or return. Even a local Broker would do better and worth it over the package and amount you spent for what you got ( 5+ people agreed with me at work) It was close to working for health insurance with little pay left over as you can get on options Bigger agencies have better packages - because the Group Plan buys you more - plus most big agencies over LOCAL underwriter instate providers !!! WA you need this to get best insurance for your dollar plus not deal with out of state issues and lots of pre - authorizations. My take - if you have to work for them, find other insurance via a local broker - used one once, wow, surprised - saved me lot of time, money, and real does work. Don't take what you offered just because your employer offers it unless you know equal or better than what you can get on your own or at least call a broker (1) to compare (don't be a person that walks onto first car lot they see and buy without at least researching - even an IT guy knows this )
best thing was that I got paid biweekly thru ADP and it was a direct deposit to my bank so no hassles of waiting for the check to come to my account,

if you are on salary basis, they will pay you very less, compared to other consultancy's. and if you have percentage or hourly pay. they will cheat with wrong calculations like - calculate the bill on 1952hrs/year and pay you this amount for 2080 hrs. that mean they are not paying you for 128 hrs you worked in a year.
