Full benefits (medical, dental, vision) for basically free if it's just you. Adding dependents/spouse/etc is very inexpensive. The benefits package is fantastic as well; extremely low deductible with high coverage. Any prescriptions I've needed have been cheap or free and the vision plan covers almost everything. Not to mention a company car with free gas which you can use for personal use! It's a long term lease through Enterprise so you always get a nice car with under 20k miles.

Health insurance is an average plan with family monthly costs around $300.00; vacation is a joke as management allows VP's to bully subordinates to work during vacation. 401K was great when it was with Vanguard but in 2015 they sold out to Transamerica and it does not do well.
This company does not care about their employees and they hire you and have you lie to their customers about their warrenties on their batteries ,chargers and tools. They allow customers to purchase what they think are good tools with batteries and chargers only to get them home to find they have purchased a defective tool and accessories and they will not replace the items! The benefits are to high and they take your premium out every week and take 4 months or longer to send you your insurance cards and if you don't call them you'll just be paying for insurance with no card or info on doctors!!
