Benefits are standard issue - High Deductible Medical Plan, Dental, small company paid life insurance, optional employee-paid Short Term Disability, 401(k). The company does contribute to a Health Savings account which helps to offset the high-deductible.
There was health coverage offered for employees who worked full time. However, it was very costly. No paid maternity leave, which was hard to do for 6 weeks. Christmas bonuses were always nice.
I received health care and dental benefits. Very little time off, even holidays.
