Very good benefits, was not able to receive insurance for awhile before getting this job, happy that they are affordable plans/ dental//vision // ad&d
Good package, benefits including dental only about 45$ a paycheck. Good place to set roots with and willing to pay the right employees
If you are in need of basic insurance for yourself it was adequate but not really great for a family.
Various health care plans to select from based on the lifestyle or need.
I cannot decide at this present time what is the worse things about this benefits package.
Health insurance is competitively priced (only if you're single: if you have a family, get insurance through somewhere else); vision and dental insurance are surprisingly good; there's a 401k they auto-enroll you in without asking but you can cancel at any time if they opt you in after you opt yourself out, you just have to check it occasionally; paid time off is a joke, they give less than 2 weeks vacation and 10 sick days but only allow you to use 5 of the sick days and leave 5 to roll over next year (and then limit that year to 5, even though you'll earn another 10: they're basically stealing 10 paid days since they don't pay out sick when you leave); the only thing they do really well is bereavement leave. I wish TeleTech would treat all their employees as well as they treat the employees that are dealing with a death in the family, then they'd be an amazing employer.
You don't get benefits if you are part-time
Could not use the health insurance they take so much out of your pay and then you have nothing left to pay the copays
They offer 401K but I have to pay f them fools
