“I only get around 15 days off per year, this includes sick time.”
Diverse array of benefits including an option for Kaiser for medical, excellent coverage. Telecare covers majority of cost. Very low deductible and copay. 3 weeks PDL 1st year, FSA, AFLAC supplemental options, short and long term disability plans, lefe insurance, accident insurance, 401k ... 3% match
Good Healthcare Plan, you don't get a lot of PTO.
there wasn't one but hours were nice bc they were half days
Insurance, 401k option, maternity and paternity leave option
Excellent insurance, profit sharing and full benefits even for part time
the salary scale so below scale that there are always RN openings leaving staffing very low and seldom any experienced RNs on staff
Great Benefits Package! You get to be apart of the stock program.
After a term of employment, company contributes a percentage of your pay (not actually from your pay) to a 401k. They do not match employee contributions, however.
So far I am happy with benefits. I like the Paid Leave of 15 days per year that you start accruing the day you start (you can't use it for 90 days though). Insurance coverage seems competitive and there is a 401K program after you have been there a year.
Healthcare is amazing at Telecare and they pay a lot for it. ESOP is available after a year.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
