Teleperformance, will and always have Bereavement Leave for their Employee's and Employer.
I had to bring in a copy of the newspaper with my grandfather's obituary to prove there was actually a funeral, in order to get bereavement leave approved! How demeaning!
You get 2 days for bereavement
This was virtually non-existent.
Get 3 days bereavement a year
There is only the day of the funeral just sad place
the best love it great
FMLA is available. The agent has to reach out to HR and fill out a form. It there is a hospitalization or a car accident and the agent is unable to get the FMLA form they will do wrongful termination on more then one occasion. So the policy is a little backwards. but if there is a death in the family or a planned unexpected issue it works.
If coverage could be secured by the agent themselves - only then could it be approved
It is not the longest amount of time, but you do get some time for bereavement. It is a 3 day period that they give you for immediate family.
