For my project, I received 3 weeks training which was enough to start off the support. However it is limited to access on certain types of devices that could be very beneficial if I had one.

Trainers are generally well-versed in the material they are teaching, however, they are under pressure to pass everyone. Those who should have washed out usually leave within 30 days of hitting production floor
