This was a daily trial by fire.
The job training i had at teleperformance was boring at times but i liked it, you learned a lot and was up early, which is what i liked.
At the job training, you read off of a power point slide for 8 hours. Everyone in the class reads out loud slide by slide. No one learns anything.
They do an onsite training that takes 4 weeks and it is a paid training. Then there is a period where you get hands on help on help after training to make sure that you are full prepared for position.
Constant training to keep you up to date with the business
You go through a good amount of in class training before you are sent to take calls. Once you first begin taking calls, you have a lot of support the first couple of weeks. After that, you do still have people there to help when needed.
5 weeks of 'lectures' and computer work with exams
several weeks of training to make sure you were ready but the exit test was a pass/fail
its better than most companies job training but you do need to pay attention
you get paid full training
