Excellent benefits and you can keep them going after you no longer work there.
It’s based on what the whole site does. So if the site doesn’t do good you don’t get a bonus. The way they have it set up is based on your stats, but if the site doesn’t do good then no bonuses.
Nothing was worth it their. The average agent was paying over 300 a month for a high-deductible health plan that didn't cover much. Vision and dental were abysmal. If you're looking for a company that cares about their employees, don't work here. Supervisors and managers would get 6 weeks of PTO well agents would get one week that they would have to work over a year for.
Good compensation and very accomodating
Teleperformance seemed to have a decent benefits package, it did seem a little higher priced than others I have seen.
Awesome bonuses and 401k if you are 21 years old or older.
Too Expense not worth the money you have to pay to be covered
No benefits for agents except for PTO.
It was confusing to pick from the packages. They were expensive. Then when I went to use my health coverage it covered nothing and I paid $850 out of pocket anyways and I had been paying $146 a month every pay check just to be told my insurance covered none of my costs even though this was the doctor the insurance company told me they covered. Also PTO has to be used when u call out sick.
If you need benefits, with the cost to employee, you would literally be working to pay for the benefits. The cost doesn’t represent the quality of benefits. Still a lot of out of pocket before the plans kick in.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
