All benefits offered such as 401 K , health insurance and dental insurance were available after 90 day probation and job training was for two weeks prior to first day of production.
There don't tell you where to sign up or when you can for 401k and stuff
The health insurance is kind of high, but having the option to decline it and keep my dental and vision is great!
The health insurance has an awfully high deductible. It is VERY expensive. I was only paying for myself, and it was costing me $120.00 monthly for JUST the medical. As a person who needs to visit the doctor a lot, it was way too pricy for the hourly wage that I was making per hour.
Insurance offered through Teleperformance is a joke.
The company offers 401k and health insurance after 90 days also PTO, in my opinion they should have better plans been that the pay is so low and the medical insurance payments are so high every 2 weeks

They have health insurance , dental insurance and vision insurance along with several Aflac policies to choose from all are way to expensive.
You have to wait a whole year before you get any benefits. I have a medical condition and they didn't care like they said they did. They knew I had no type of insurance so I didn't have a doctor. And that was the only way I could get accommodations. Being I had NO type of insurance I had to wait a whole year before I get health insurance. By that time I missed work due my health condition. So when I started look for a doctor before I could get one I was fired.
Even though you may get health insurance with teleperformance, it is truly terrible. Their insurance really does not cover any medical cost, its a waste of money.
