The best thing is that it is offered, the worst thing is that 11 dollars after taxes, plus the cost of insurance leaves you very little to sustain a household (if this is why you work). So unless you are working a part-time job, or second full time, because Teleperformance will work you full time and only give 11.00 on most assignments; taking their benefits package is not helpful.

All or most of the benefits in this company are really bad. The only thing that is decent is their 401k
