Pretty robust benefits package. Health, Life, Disability, Dental, 401k all available. At least two options for each. Be careful choosing though, because a full package can take a big bite out of your bi-monthly pay.
Very little PTO, no paid holidays, insurance is a joke.
The Cost. They make the benefits appear to be the best in the world until you get to your doctor's office and find that the copay has been renegotiated.
2 weeks of vacation but no sick time
Could definitely use better benefits for the contract employees.
They provide a variety of benefits. Still some room for improvement in this area. I am happy that they provide both general benefits and retirement.
Get health insurance plus 401 k
401k and vacation was fantastic and they even let me go on a 6 month vacation as a secret. Plenty of fun and the management sure do like to please
