Teleperformance seemed to have a decent benefits package, it did seem a little higher priced than others I have seen.
Awesome bonuses and 401k if you are 21 years old or older.
Trying to get signed up for them and they never take affect
If you need benefits, with the cost to employee, you would literally be working to pay for the benefits. The cost doesn’t represent the quality of benefits. Still a lot of out of pocket before the plans kick in.
Benefits were treated like we should be thankful for being screwed.
The best thing is that it is offered, the worst thing is that 11 dollars after taxes, plus the cost of insurance leaves you very little to sustain a household (if this is why you work). So unless you are working a part-time job, or second full time, because Teleperformance will work you full time and only give 11.00 on most assignments; taking their benefits package is not helpful.
Health insurance paid time off flexible schedulw

No time off earned until after a year of employment.
