I rarely use it because of the position I am in. They rarely approve my vacation leave. They only approve it when I approach my manager to override the leave.
Vacations are realy easily scheduled and very flexible, meaning you can do it in your own terms and payments are always in time.
Has some pros and cons, large base pay, but deprived of other benefits like leaves. Other companies offering the same level of role offers even almost twice the pay.
No PTO for the first year, unless you live in a state that mandates Sick time
After one year of service awarded 24 hours of combined sick and vacation pay.
It could always be a little bit better and every company has the right to choose what they are willing to offer to their employees.
