Reduced to only 120 hours a year for non-exenpt
It rebuilds every paycheck you get and you can only put it so far in advance even if you already know ahead of time and paid for the trip
It's okay. They don't keep up with the time correct. Somehow always short hours. But I mean it's thing to have to schedule two weeks ahead and if you get approved
you earn an additional day off a year as a salary employee
You build up available time off pretty quickly and as long as you give at least two weeks notice you are generally able to get days off without too much difficulty. However holidays off are a near impossibility.
The paid time off was ample and necessary to get a break from the work environment. Accrual amounted to roughly 5 hours of time off each week.
