“Low Cost. Personal Choice Network”
“Vacation, Sick, and Personal Time. Very Generous, Accrued”
“Good matching, generous employer contributions”
The best thing about the benefits package is the Personal Choice Insurance as the highest tier of health insurance offered.
Low Cost, Great Medical Coverage
Great health benefits especially if you are willing to stay in Temple's network
Lack of unions in some departments
Great health insurance benefits even at the cheapest tier
The health insurance benefits were wonderful!!
Tremendous benefits package. Excellent insurance, full tuition remission if you attend Temple U, tuition remission for your kids.
Good health benefits, 403b maych
Health insurance was decent and convenient since Temple has such a wide network. The price paid for it was a bit high in my opinion.
After 90-day period, vacation and sick time are available but only on accrual basis, with limited amount of roll over to next year so it makes using all of your paid time off difficult, and if finding coverage for your position is hard you may just have to lose vacation days.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
