The overall benefit is good; gym membership can be reimbursed if enrolled to an outside plan. Dental plan has to be purchased separately .

When we merged with Temple Health six years ago, they eliminated many of the benefits but did not adjust our salaries. 403b plan is nice.

Great insurance. Cheap for employee with multiple options. Pension plan. Fair about of PTO. Strict about FMLA and time off. Management and HR are by the book

The benefits were the best by far from any employer. Very reasonable rates for single and family. Temple First are for employees with no copays and be seen within the same or next day by a physician.

I didn't receive benefits during this time due to the short contract. I can't speak on behalf of full-time employees when it comes to perks and benefits.
