Good health benefits, 403b maych
Health insurance was decent and convenient since Temple has such a wide network. The price paid for it was a bit high in my opinion.
After 90-day period, vacation and sick time are available but only on accrual basis, with limited amount of roll over to next year so it makes using all of your paid time off difficult, and if finding coverage for your position is hard you may just have to lose vacation days.
Temple University Health System has a pretty decent medical plan that is not expensive.
Health insurance coverage and student loan assistance
No bonus, no good increments. Uncertain about future as TUHS is suffocating for funds.
They’re not competitive with other Philadelphia hospitals
health coverage is fairly good. premium for family plan is high but it covers almost everything
The overall benefit is good; gym membership can be reimbursed if enrolled to an outside plan. Dental plan has to be purchased separately .
Great benefits incl retirement match
