The health insurance plan is one of the best.

Best: Offers multiple options for health coverage, and covers the basic option in its entirety. Worst: Does not offer free or reduced parking for employees.

The best thing about the benefits package is the fact that its a university. Therefore it offers tuition remission to full time employees. Revolving around a school year schedule is also ideal.

There is no flexibility when it comes down to vacation. Per contract, we only have 10 days, but then they will not consider the extra hoursand the flexibility that you will always put in as a postdoc

Great benefits! As it is an institution of higher learning, employees have access to full tuition remission.

You get recommendation letters from your professors, great on resume because it shows that you know what you're doing and you are learning

This is my part time job, so I dont receive any benefits from them. If you work as a full time, they will have a lot of benefits.

Excellent benefits packages for full time employees. Co-pays are low and the university has a great prescription plan with CVS Pharmacy. Unlimited free visits to Temple ReadyCare (I.e. urgent care) locations. Vision exams are free every two years if you visit a Temple eye doctor.
