“3.06 hrs earned every two weeks for both vacation and sick leave. No maternity leave.”
It’s a good company
An average, well-rounded benefit package
I think the benefits are good
3.06 hrs accumulated every 2 weeks for non managerial positions, pto includes both sick and vacation ( about 2 weeks annually for the year) if you get sick without accumulating enough then you won’t be paid. The 401k vest 5 years and opportunities to grow are non existent, 401k they contribute 50% of your 6% match (3%). This company desperately needs an update both on leadership, managerial level, processes, technology, and training. Their onboarding is reasonable but after threat you are at the mercy of your manager. If your boss is old school and thinks you should work yourself to death and no flexibility no one will stand up for you not even HR( numerous reports were sent to Har) and they said they let the manager handle it so you’re screwed. Am honestly writing this review to help others, I never had any issue with anyone but since I learn a lot from other reviewers I decided to help others out, believe the reviewers or you will come to see it. I should say, each reviewers experience is defined by their direct manager and team, I am in clinical research at corporate. They have new leaders and I haven’t work with them so they might be great I can’t say much about them. there’s no tuition reimbursement, no paid maternity leave, flexibility depends on manager ask during the interview, star parking lot can suck sometimes, Goodluck!
Great compensation package, I'm very happy with Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K match and all of the other perks offered to the Tenet family!
Great medical, basic dental and vision. Overall the medical is good but you must take the platinum package which of course is expensive
Great health insurance, especially great if you use Tenet providers.
Healthcare benefits are restricted to Tenet network providers
Tenet matches 401 k , employees receives discount from a variety of merchants. Paid time off
Good benefits, I think their insurance plans are very reasonable. I also feel their pay is above average, especially in the geographical area.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
