Cigna seems to have a reasonable list of providers in the San Diego area. Vision insurance is not as good as VSP.

Poor relative to tech industry. Lots of sneaky out of pocket stuff that rolls up to thousands if you have a family and kids.
Healthcare benefits have gotten too expensive. They don't offer help if you want to join a gym. I dropped Teradata benefits to go on my spouses insurance.
Lots of options with different budget ranges. Very good plans. Teradata gives Health Insurance discounts of $300/year each to non-smokers and for completing a health screening.
Premiums are getting higher every year.
