I was surprised that the benefit includes dental and vision. But it is great to have insurance through work where you pay a minimal amount.

Health Insurance was decent, but that was 4+ years ago, market has changed substantially since, including Obamacare.

Cheap if you're doing an HSA. Not so much otherwise.

Lots of options. Sometimes can get confusing.

One major downside to their insurance is Vision. Vision requires that you spend out of pocket for glasses/contacts/exams, then you get reimbursed. Some may have to plan ahead to be able to cover the costs.

Great insurance package, but I wish it would cover more in either the deductible or % of coverage.

The monthly cost for their insurance policy was extremely high for family benefits. They do pay 80/20 after you've met the $3500 deductible that goes along with your insurance coverage. It does very based on the package you select.
