Best features are 401(k) match up to 5%, and equity grants are in restricted stock units, not options, so you're never entirely "out of the money".

The medical, vision, and dental, are ok but not stellar. i have had and seen much worse though. the 401K is good, i believe they match 6%. PTO is accrued thoughout the year, but basically you get 2 weeks on day 1, 3 weeks on year 5, and 5 weeks on year 10
Recently added additional flex work schedules/locations as well as maternity leave. The vacation policy is quite generous as well.

Ok benefits, costs keep increasing
The best thing is the new flexible work arrangements, work from home, adjustable hours, and paid maternal and paternal leave. They recently raised some of the healthcare costs for having your spouse as part of your plan, but compared to my previous employers, this is the best healthcare I have ever enjoyed as a corporate employee.
PTO is almost 3 weeks. 401K match is great. Medical includes dental and vision. The only problem is the bonus structure which is more so based on profit sharing.
