Benefits are little expensive. For my family of 5 it is about $500 a month with a $1500 deductible that has to be reached over and beyond the copays
Health benefits were below average although offered. considering some of the risks that the techs put themselves into, the benefits should be better. As is the case with programs like these there was a stiff penalty to adding a spouse or children to the plan. there are programs that make it seem like you will be paid well for doing your work well, but if you are not watching very closely, your bonuses and commissions will be missing or wrong.

Over all company benefits were good. Paid Holidays and 2weeks Vacation after 90 days. Matched 401K and Company Vehicle with gas card.

Insurance is with blue cross blue shield. Company 401k match, fully invested in two years. Commission program for outside sales in not for a true sales person anymore. More like for a trainee.
