Cigna is the administrator. 3 different programs available with HSA and HRA options and varying deductibles and co-pay requirements. The employee will need to spend time to understand each to truly know what is best for themselves.
It was good until Obamacare came along and ruined insurance for everyone.

I guess it was about average for corporate offerings. The out of pocket expenses were too high for my liking. They had several plans to choose from.

Used to be good but it got a little more expensive for a little less coverage each year. The long-term staff allegedly get the good benefits but I don't know for sure.
