4 percent match on 401k, expense card, car allowance
401K employer matching up to 6% is nice. Expensive health insurance, price goes up every year, but if you submit to their "Big Brother" program, you'll get a whole $300/year discount.
Competitive benefits plan; Tuition reimbursement is great. Vacation days is so-so
Two different options on healthcare: Cigna or Kaiser. Lots of options on 401k, life insurance, pet insurance. 3 weeks PTO per year.
Flexible schedule but this is manager dependent, health package is okay but not competitive, travel policy is horrendous
Many benefits such as 401k, health insurance options, and tuition reimbursement. They invest a lot in professional development
The benefits at Terumo BCT are pretty average for the industry. They just upped the starting PTO from 2 weeks to 3 weeks in response to employee feedback. Since they are wholly owned by a Japanese company (Terumo Group) there is no ESOP. There are probably regulatory hurdles to overcome to allow that to happen (TG is traced on the Nikei).
The insurance benefits were outstanding, the cost was very reasonable. Not a lot of employee discounts but the outstanding benefits made up for it.
401k doesn't vest for 6 years, so they might as well not contribute at all. Poor options for health insurance.
