Fantastic education benefits. In 2014 they still had non-high-deductible option for medical insurance. Significant contribution to HSA for high deductible plans.

Health insurance is a bit expensive for what you receive. The eye and dental benefits are really cheap.

I worked as a contractor and did not get to know much about the company benefits. The package for a contractor was good and had overtime paid regularly with lot of events and free foods

StarStarStarStarStar Current Engineering intern in Elkton, Maryland

NA: six month co-op / internship only provides hourly wage. no other benefits available for temps. Full time employees do have good benefits.

StarStarStarStarStar Current Employee in Somerset, New Jersey

The benefits are good but contribution rate is high. Med providers continue to limit services. No formal remote worker options and few are able to work from home regularly. Work/life balance is a challenge.
