Best: Tesla offers ESPP, good health care, PerksAtWork, free Udemy courses, commuter benefits programs! Worst: Unmatched 401k. Not pet friendly. The only free food is free coffee and cereal. Parking is not always easy at HQ. Lacking in more social events.

Perks, Health Insurance, Pay & Time off is great. There’s no contribution yet on the 401K or pension but they do automatically pay for life insurance while u work there. Not Union. Shift varies .

The health, dental and vision insurance benefits are excellent. $0 deductible plan for all three for less than $40/month. Many different perks available to employees ranging from electronics, travel, bikes, car rentals, dining, FREE Rosetta Stone and FREE Uber and Lyft! The 401K doesn't match - but the plans within the 401k are good. "Golden Handcuffs" are also awarded in the form of Restricted Stock Units - they do not vest for quite some time, but the amount you receive is more than fair.

15 days PTO total plus 4 holidays so 19 days approximately. You will have to work all of December, no christmas time off since its the end of the year so be prepared for that. They dont match 401K but do provide 401k so thats great. I got an enormous stock signing bonus that vests over 4 years, you can withdraw 25% each year for the 4 years. There's 4 months of maternity leave and paternity leave which is competitive. Of course no work from home if you're in retail. Your health benefits start on day 1. You must work "key business days", such as saturdays, black friday, and holidays but this is expected in retail so... In general, if you are not a working mother or a primary caregiver for a family this is a great benefit package

Tesla doesn't match 401 (K), but has great benefits for employee stock purchasing plans. Human Resources benefits packages are generally well managed. Vacation is 15 days a year.

Tesla offers OK benefits. The best is the stock which also happens to be the worst as well. The RSUs given to you are considered part of your pay which is great when the stock is doing fine but when it yanks it really impacts. And the timeframe for it is ridiculous.
