Great Stock program, offer 401k with Fidelity but they do not match it currently. Benefits are good and there perks they offer as well

Very basic privileges to interns. Half of the policies are not applicable.

The best and worst thing is that there were too many plan options and tiers. It made it difficult to actually narrow down the options and feel confident that I was picking the best option for me.

Interns do not get paid time off but that's generally standard. You get reimbursed for relocation, flights to and fro plus stipends for travel so that's nice.

Best: the workplace is a cool MEGA factory, they provide lots of goodies, good health care package, uniforms. Here is the worst: you are expected to work 10-12 Hours a day with 30 min lunch break, you start work at 8AM and won't able to leave until 8PM or later, also you are expected to work Saturday and Sunday too if there is a long weekend. the work is very competitive, but not good structured. The company cares only the production quantity, and nothing else. I wish I knew anything about the working schedule before I signed the offer, even tho they cover your relocation expenses, but you have to stay for 2 years or you have to pay it back to them. so yea.. it felt like slavery and sold to the factory.
