Generous PTO (21 days to start + floating holidays), affordable healthcare for a single person, lots of other options from flexible start and stop times (dependent on department and manager), work from home days (again dependent on department and manager). They have a service that handles all benefits related questions that has dedicated plan specialists who you can call with any issues. They were always friendly, helpful, and informative and helped me navigate a handful of complicated issues related to my health care coverage.
We have 401k it’s matched up to 6% we have three different type of health insurance plans to pick from depending on how often you go to the doctor and other factors we have paid time off plus holidays
