They have a decent health care plan
The benefits package was not that great. The benefits are limited unless you are an instructor at the school.
Employer sponsored health care eligibility has strict requirements and you may not be eligible at all. If you work both fall and spring you may be eligible during the spring, but coverage will end when your spring term expires.
The benefits package seems quite on par with most large businesses outside of Laredo, but they are relatively better compared to only Laredo. If you are a graduate student, you get a steep discount.
Best is the benefits offered to full time employees which include time paid when going to school, worst is that these benefits are not offered to part time employees.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
